Management of our club is vested in a Board of Directors which consists of four officers (President, President-Elect, Secretary, Treasurer) elected by the membership for one-year terms, the Immediate Past President (who continues for one additional year), and up to five Directors-at-Large elected by the membership for two-year terms.
